      • What does the subscription fee for Fluentis Cloud include?
        The prices displayed in the configurator refer to the use of the management software in Cloud which includes: the use of the management system according to the activated functions, daily, weekly and monthly back up data, software updates, the use of Farm Fluentis Cloud in high availability mode (high reliability), company profiling with logo and general settings, assistance and support through the Chat integrated in the application.
       
      • What does Fluentis Cloud have compared to other Cloud management systems?
        The Fluentis Cloud management software is entirely developed with a Service Oriented technology and it can be used through an APP that will allow you to manage a user interface full of contents, simple and intuitive, without need of personalization, for an exciting User Experience. The product was entirely developed by Fluentis with latest-generation Microsoft technologies in a native Cloud application. Some management softwares use graphic converters to transform the classic management interface into a web interface, with relative loss of speed and not taking full advantage of all the potential that technology can offer today.
       
      • How can I understand how to use the application, after downloading it?
        After configuring the desired Cloud product through our Configurator and after filling in the form with your company data, you will receive an email containing the link to download the installation kit and the related access credentials. In the same mail you will find links to video tutorials useful for learning how to take the first steps within Fluentis Cloud. We also invite you to use the integrated Chat within the application to receive technical support from our Customer Service.
       
      • What kind of internet connection is required to use Fluentis Cloud?
        An ADSL connection with a download bandwidth of at least 4 Mbit/s and an upload of at least 1Mbit/s. These are the minimum requirements, even if the recommended requirements are 10 Mbit/s in download. Obviously the faster the connection speed, the better quality of the service.
       
      • Can I ask for a copy of the database?
        Definitely, whenever the customer requests it, he can receive a copy of the database up to the previous 30 days. On request it is possible to provide a copy of the database prior to 30 days. In addition, it is possible to activate a backup on an FTP site provided by the customer for a fee.
       
      • What are the service activation times?
        Immediately after submitting the request, you will receive an email with the link to download the installation kit and the access credentials. You can immediately start using the application.
       
      • What happens to my data if I cancel the service?
        At the end of the 30 day trial, unless requested otherwisebyour data will be deleted from our servers.

      • What happens if I decide to move my data to my own server?
        All the Data will be kept. The customer will have to purchase the Fluentis licenses and prepare an environment suitable for its installation. Services will then be required to install Fluentis and return the database to the Cloud in the On premises version.

      • Can I customize or add features to Fluentis Cloud?
        Yes, while using Fluentis new modules or features can be added. Furthermore, in the Isolated Cloud and Private Cloud modes it is possible to do specific customizations of processes.
