Agenda 2030 pentru Dezvoltare Durabil\u0103\u201c<\/em>&nbsp;este documentul adoptat de guvernele celor 193 de \u021b\u0103ri membre ale Na\u021biunilor Unite la Summit-ul pentru Dezvoltare Durabil\u0103 care urmeaz\u0103 s\u0103 fie atinse p\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een 2030.<\/strong><br>Aceste macroobiective vor trebui transpuse \u00een ac\u021biuni \u0219i opera\u021biuni care vor trebui s\u0103 implice guvernele, dar \u0219i cet\u0103\u021benii fiec\u0103rui stat membru, fiecare fiind solicitat s\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i fac\u0103 partea pentru a contribui la acest imens obiectiv.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Inspir\u00e2ndu-se din acest obiectiv,&nbsp;<strong>Departamentului de Inginerie \u201eEnzo Ferrari\u201d al Universit\u0103\u021bii din Modena \u0219i Reggio Emilia<\/strong>, a decis s\u0103 dedice un nou curs proiect\u0103rii durabile, \u0219i anume \u201eSustenabilitatea \u0219i circularitatea \u00een produc\u021bie \u0219i logistic\u0103\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Prof. Ing. Geol. Marco Bergonzoni<\/strong>, creatorul \u0219i promotorul acestui nou curs, dore\u0219te s\u0103 aduc\u0103 la cuno\u0219tin\u021ba studen\u021bilor s\u0103i instrumentele de care dispun pentru a pune \u00een practic\u0103 aceast\u0103 idee de protec\u021bie a mediului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Digitalizarea proceselor de business<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Fluentis, \u00een seminarul s\u0103u, a ilustrat modul \u00een care&nbsp;<strong>digitizarea proceselor de afaceri a devenit strategic\u0103 \u0219i urgent\u0103<\/strong>&nbsp;mai ales \u00een aceast\u0103 faz\u0103 a pandemiei, deoarece companiile necesit\u0103&nbsp;<strong>controlul activit\u0103\u021bilor mobile \u0219i din ce \u00een ce mai \u201einteligente\u201d<\/strong>.<br>Toate departamentele companiei devin parte integrant\u0103 a ecosistemului. Biroul tehnic, centrele de lucru, sistemele de manipulare, robo\u021bii colaborativi \u0219i operatorii sunt \u00een centrul procesului decizional&nbsp;<strong>Industry 4.0&nbsp;<\/strong>deoarece doar prin controlul proceselor este posibil controlul activit\u0103\u021bilor \u0219i, \u00een consecin\u021b\u0103, optimizarea costurilor \u0219i resurselor utilizate cu un impact mai bun \u00een ce privesc durabilitatea \u0219i circularitatea.<br>Prin adoptarea sistemelor&nbsp;<strong>BPM<\/strong>&nbsp;(workflow) este posibil\u0103 interac\u021biunea cu procesele prin intermediul instrumentelor care permit o configurare rapid\u0103, \u00een func\u021bie de fluxurile opera\u021bionale \u0219i modelele de business de implementat.<br>ERP intr\u0103 \u00een contextul organiza\u021bional \u0219i ghideaz\u0103 procesele cheie. Fiecare operator, \u00een baza rolului s\u0103u, prime\u0219te sarcinile de \u00eendeplinit, le gestioneaz\u0103 \u0219i \u00eenchide procesul. Dar dac\u0103 aceast\u0103 tem\u0103 reprezint\u0103 un exemplu comun, nu este acela\u0219i lucru cu a doua tem\u0103 pe care am adus-o \u00een aten\u021bia studen\u021bilor: optimizarea centrelor de cost implicate \u00een procesul de produc\u021bie \u00eentr-un atelier.<br>Prelucrarea pe ma\u0219ini de operare cu control numeric implic\u0103 mai multe faze:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Programare<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Setup ma\u0219in\u0103<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Prelucrare<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Modificare \u0219i optimzare programe<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00centr-un proces incorect computerizat, deci gestionat complet manual, c\u00e2teva dintre aceste faze, pentru a fi completate corect, au cel pu\u021bin dou\u0103 centre de costuri distincte (Personal \u0219i Ma\u0219in\u0103 CNC).
