Bizlink supports the need of the supply chain and sales department of companies to interchange data between different ERP systems.
It is possible to automate the sending and receiving of management documents such as customer and supplier master data, articles, bills of materials, bills of lading, orders and invoices for both purchase and sales.

The module includes a workflow tool, which configures the interaction diagram of business processes.

Finally, the operator can easily implement the mapping of the Intercompany module to ensure the reusability of documents, across companies within the corporate group: processes will be automatic, streamlined and free of transcription errors.

MAIN FEATURES

• EDI DataPort: Data exchange in EDIFACT (EURITMO) format is supported by an integrated Parser to manage the reading/writing of EDI files in its various declinations.
• Generic TXT/XML DataPort: The exchange of data via XML files and text files of various kinds is supported natively via an integrated Parser.
• SAP Dataport: aimed at integration via SOA and BAPI with SAP, it allows the product to exchange structured information in SOA (Service Oriented Application) mode using common techniques and interface ‘standards’ (XML, EDIFACT, X12, IDOC and others).
• NAV Dataport: enables integration via WCF with Navision.
• Piteco integration: consists of the integration of open items and first note entries with Piteco.
• Doc Finance integration: consists of the integration of open items and first note entries with DocFinance.
• Integration with third-party systems via WebAPI: possibility of writing a completely customised connector to be able to exchange documents (also exploiting intercompany), via GET and POST calls schedulable at parameterisable time intervals.
• Integration with e-commerce systems: integration, both at database and graphical interface level, of specific modules to manage interaction with third-party e-commerce systems.
