What can you do with Warehouse and Logistics Area of Fluentis ERP?

The Fluentis ERP software incorporates all the functions of a true logistics department in the Logistics Management Area, capable of following and tracking the movement of goods in the warehouse and all the items inside and outside the company organization. This area includes the documents relating to the passive and active cycle, as well as the internal movements relating to the production transformation processes.

WAREHOUSE
AND LOCATIONS

Ability to manage warehouses in specific locations. Warehouses can be physical or logical, internal or external. The locations defined within the repository are multilevel and can also be physical or logical. The hierarchical structure assists the user in their definition and use. Locations can be managed by charging logics based on size or flow rate.

INVENTORY
RECORDS

Ability to automatically or manually create the loading / unloading operations of goods using also logical and not only physical warehouses. The movement allows the management of several contemporary measurement units. The inventory records are useful for correct data entry.

EXTRA DATA
LOT MANAGEMENT

Possibility to check both incoming and outgoing quantities of goods. The lot code may differ from one item to another. Each lot can be managed through appropriate lot statuses in order to track the conformity of the goods in the lot itself. Available inventory control methods are: LIFO, FIFO, FEFO and manual procedures.

EXTRA DATA
SERIAL NUMBER

It is possible to move the articles in the Fluentis warehouse through the management of the Serial Numbers, or codes. Through this management it is possible to trace the presence of a single item across all the areas concerned, from purchases, from production to the sales and after-sales area.

MANAGEMENT OF
LOAD UNITS

Possibility to handle items through "batches" of quantities, which are normally grouped in containers, such as pallets, boxes, racks, etc. The movement of goods through these coded containers, allows a quick and easy identification of logistical operations in order to speed up and identify very quickly the lots of goods present in the warehouse or in the production area.

PICKING
LIST

A packing list is a typical logistics document that lists contents in a package. It contains packaging details such as weight, dimensions, quantities, etc. It is usually used in export and must be attached to the sales invoice. Used to control Load Units.

PICKING
LIST

The Picking List is a typical logistic document that allows the warehouse worker to pick up the goods from the warehouse and prepare them for the shipping area. Normally, these lists are used for internal goods transfer rather than for the WIP area.

PLAN MANAGEMENT
FOR LOADING OR SHIPPING

Useful for the commercial and logistics department. In essence, it deals with analyzing the feasibility of customer orders, considering the availability of goods. Through this procedure, the operator can easily prepare the fulfillment of a customer order, issuing the picking list or delivery note and transferring the goods to the shipping area. Basically, it gives you the possibility to complete three operations, linked together, through a single interface.

INVENTORY LISTS

Inventory lists allow the operator to easily prepare a document with the list of items and accounting records for each material, also indicating the warehouse and the location where it is located. The operator will be able to verify the physical and accounting stock in order assure the records match perfectly. It gives you the possibility to check, and prepare eventual adjustments. This allows to significantly reduce the burden of managing physical inventories.
