Management of the technical assistance and maintenance of installations

EAM enables the management of technical assistance and maintenance of installations, by scheduling ordinary and
exceptional events. The application EAM has the following tasks: it manages its customers and its installations for
which maintenance and installations can be carried out; it organizes appointments automatically according to the
available specialist; it displays graphically the appointments to be planned, to do or already done. In addition it
manages the control report and the job order divided by specialist and by date. At the end of the day and automatically
the application downloads the used replacements from the warehouse by generating at the same time the information for
the related invoicing.
